Tommy Bahama Whiskey Cocktails


BRITISH RICKSHAW
1 1/2 parts Gin
3 parts tonic
8 blueberries
2 slices of fresh ginger

Muddle blueberries and ginger. Add gin, mix and strain over ice. Top with tonic, garnish with 3 blueberries on a skewer.





KENTUCKY MAI TAI
1 part bourbon
1 part Southern Comfort
1 part orange juice
1 part orgeat syrup
1/2  part fresh lime juice
1 dash Angostura bitters

Mix all ingredients together with ice, serve in a double rocks glass, garnish with an orange peel.




NEW AMSTERDAM
2 parts calvados
1 part bourbon
1/2 part creme de cassis
1 part apple juice

Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a martini glass and garnish with a floating dried apple slice.






PEACH THERAPY
3 parts dry white wine
1/2 part peach schnapps
Splash of brandy
1/8 part Crushed Red Pepper Syrup (see recipe below)
8 lemon wheels
1 peach, divided into 8 wedges

To make a large pitcher, increase the ingredient amounts proportionally and combine with ice.



Crushed Red Pepper Syrup:
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes
Combine ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 30 minutes. Strain and set aside to cool.




PEACHY KEEN
2 parts Tommy Bahama Golden Sun Rum
1 1/2 parts peach schnapps
1/2 part passion fruit juice
1 part mango juice
1 part fresh orange juice

Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Shake 20 times and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with an orchid.






SOUTHERN CHARM
1 part Buffalo Trace Bourbon
1 part Southern Comfort
1 part Licor 43
1 1/2 parts fresh pineapple juice
1/2 part fresh lime juice
2 dashes Angostura® bitters

Shake ingredients well with ice and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Garnish with a pineapple frond.
