Sweet Chili Glazed Salmon



SWEET CHILI GLAZED SALMON
Kona Grill Recipe

4 (8 oz.) filets of fresh salmon
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 pound brown sugar
1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 tablespoon minced ginger
1/4 bunch chopped cilantro
salt and pepper to taste

Salt and pepper the salmon filets and grill to desired temperature. In a mixing bowl combine all other ingredients and mix well until all brown sugar has been dissolved. Transfer the mixture from the bowl into a saute pan and heat the sauce to a simmer. Once the salmon is done cooking apply the sauce in the pan to both sides. Serve with your favorite side dishes.
